Hi Everyone,

Last week, we successfully coded our first F series in HK! Since I now have all the required software and hardware, if anyone else is interested in having their car coded, you can Whatsapp/iMessage me at 6600 2895.

Here are some useful features for your F1X. Message me for a full list.

1. Disable Seatbelt Chime
2. Open doors without interrupting window roll up.
3. Digital Speedometer
4. Video in Motion
5. Activate Daytime Running Lights
6. Activate Rear Camera at all Speeds
7. Disable iDrive Legal Disclaimers
8. Close Tailgate with Keyfob
9. Fold Mirrors with Keyfob

what is number 6?
dose this mean when driving forward it can be on at any speed?

#4 - What is Video in Motion means?
#5 - Isn't it can activate thru iDrive?
#8 - You can close the tailgate with Keyfob without the power tailgate being installed? Isnt it a power wire needed?
#9 - Can do by long pressing the lock key on keyfob without coding

5 and 9 we already have in HK cars

Yes, I believe so. I'll check with the coder to make sure though.

Video in motion means that you are able to pay videos even when the car is moving.

5 - Eurospec cars have a lot of features already preprogrammed which US cars don't . I have an E92, so I apologize if I've mentioned a redundant feature.
8- I believe this feature is for GT cars and vehicles with electric tailgates as an option.
9 - Thanks for clarifying. I guess the feature isn't active on US specs cars.

Hey guys. I'll be traveling back and forth from the US and HK for work. The company I work for provided a voucher for vehicle purchase, so I picked up a used E46 M3. Wanted to know where's a good place to get tint.

I went to T&T Film Pro and tinted all 9 glass front 90% rear 60% and this will pass the government inspection.
Still need to book for the government inspection to get the pass letter.

Regarding #5, my F10 was manufactured in 2010, am curious if it can be coded? I suspect this feature is only available for those manufactured in 2011/12 and beyond? Thanks.
