Two weeks in the Shop

Well my 2013 535 M Sport with 42000 miles has been in the shop this Friday for two weeks. I took it in because the A/C wasn’t kicking out cold air. Two days later they found a leak around two of the seals. They also said I had a loud ticking/rattling sound from the engine on startup and they are replacing the HPFP. I had them check out this weird sound that was coming from the transmission when backing up (a whistling/whining). They called me yesterday and stated they were stun and they recorded the sound and sent it to the high tech guys at BMW???. Curious if anyone had the same noise and any idea where it is coming from.

After two weeks I got a call from my S/A and she stated that the sound that the car is making when backing up (a whistling/whining) is normal. She stated that a TECH Rep will be visiting the dealer at a later time (date unknown) and she is going to contact me to return the car so the TECH Rep can listen to it. So I will pick up my car tomorrow.
