I am not leaving the family! But I am offering my current car at a reasonable price so that I may make an incremental step upward into a higher-tech level car. This car is in excellent physical and very good cosmetic condition. I will post better pictures soon!

Basics:
3/2011 build (if you know what this means, you know that this is good!), Space Grey exterior with Oyster interior. I am the second owner. I bought the car in June 2012 with 11K miles. It now has <74K miles. My daily commute is 25 miles each way; five miles on high-speed (40-55 mph) city streets and 20 miles on San Diego freeways. I commute outside of normal commuter hours (military) so my traffic flows nicely. I get 400 miles per tank of gas. The car is currently in no need of any maintenance or service items except for new tires, which it will need within a few months. As tires are a personal preference, I'd rather sell as-is and let the buyer choose the next set of rubber. I replaced the front brakes 12/2015. The rear brakes are due in 24K miles.

I have all of the car's service documented, even from the first owner. It has been maintained by BMW Santa Maria (first owner) and BMW Encinitas and by German Auto Center in Point Loma. The M Sport Aerodynamics where painted and installed at West Coast Specialties (http://westcoastspecialties.net). The backup camera was installed at La Jolla Audio Repair (http://www.lajollaaudio.com).

A legitimate prospective buyer should make an appointment at any place of your choice to have the car checked out so the buyer has a third-party endorsement regarding the car's service and quality.

I am not a bank, so no loans and no incremental payments are accepted. My six-month insurance premium on this car is $490.
