Can't imagine it's that much better than power braking. I've used it in a new 335xi (f3) and it felt the same as power braking. The car had downpipe, exhaust and was running e40.

You should do it pre and post race gas. Also, I wouldn't adjust the setting on your stage 1 without direction from Terry, since the TU is already running more boost and wider fuel trims than the non-tu. The setting change is super easy w/ the USB cable.... we'll talk more in person... |

Its not the same as power breaking. Alan, Arc, and I all agree. LC is a different animal from power breaking or mashing off the line. Just drive archs car when you can and come back and apologize to me

Ok... but I know what the outcome is... If it's truly so much faster, Arch's car should run 11.9 on racegas all day is BBlack was running 12.1's on the slower S1 non-TU.... |

Guys. My car as it stands now will run a 11.8-11.9 on fuel #93. I can almost gurentee it. With race gas probobly faster. My brother in law has a 2013 550xi and it feels like a Honda! My car with the TU feels like a rocket ship. I'm not Fanboy and I have driven fast cars and tuned cars on and off the track. I'm telling you guys. This thing is a wolf in sheep's clothing.
The tune per say is Great!! I can only imagine a stage 2 for this thing. Bolton's etc. LC from 1st to 4th gear feels like you are being kicked by a horse. The shifts and transmission are day and night difference compared to the standerd break torque. Enough talking. Scott next time we meet I will let you drive my car and you will see for yourself. |

With you on that. I'm pretty sure my car will do 11s as well I'm making around 470rwhp and 515rwtq. With tires 11s all day. Stock tires not sure. |

Rwd with all that power will be tricky combat but should be good to go with better tires.
And on the tu being faster I am expecting it to be. So will only be surprised if it's not faster. On the s2 with the tu, I'm curious to see if it can hit near 500whp. Would be amazing. And on launch control my point is, that I know it's faster than without it, but if you think it's day and night different than power breaking you're mistaken. And also, as far as shifts, you guys think it shifts faster than otherwise sport/sport+? |

launch Control when you use it. It's doing something to The ecu because shift strength is nite and day. I mean the car shifts much much harder. Extremely noticeable. For example my car Crips 3rd grade when I use Lc With out Lc it doesn't. Best example I can give in the strength Is like going to stage 2 from stock. Not stage 1 but like your n63 Stage 2. It's that much better. I wish there was a tune that Let the car shift like that when your in full throttle and in sports + Instead of it doing it just with Lc. Belive me man. At this point I wish I would of got a m5. That car has Soo much more stock and soo much more aftermarket. I mean Terrys car with a stage 1 made 630hp. That's insane. A stage 1 N63tu is making 470. Which is my cars recent dynos. A stage 2 N63 tune is making less. Idk. I feel like our cars have so Much more potential for a twin turbo v8.. Under 500 at the wheels. Is Kinda bad if you ask me. |

try your launch control on pro street tree... by the time you take off i will be half the tack by just torque braking.

Let's do it!! Sometime this week? We will touch base.
I am actually very interested to see stage 1 N63 vs Stage 1 N63TU. Also! I have to let you Launch my car so we can end this LC jibber jabber. When you smile with a grin that goes ear to ear I will say "told you so" |

And hopefully someone will hack the software to get LC on pre-LCI cars. Tranny is identical, should be easy unless the new ecu is required which is entirely Likely.
