Muffler delete

Deleted resonators a while back and it made roughly zero difference. Now I can actually hear the car. I'm satisfied. Cold starts shaken the cul de sac with BM3 stage 1, but sound when driving is toned down and feels more fitting. Sounds like an actual V8.

I've read numerous posts about the drone being bad and unbearable. For my late 30s ears I find that to be severely exaggerated. Maybe I'm desensitized to loud cars but it's not nearly as bad as what I've read. Completely tolerable. Stealth factor is at a 0 now, but I'm happy.

That really jumped out at me when looking at the pic. Must be from the cowl area somehow??? Hopefully no damage other than looking less than great!

No codes or reduction in power. Corrosion was only on the those coils.

Corrosion on the metal heat shield is considered normal. See SIB 121515.

One of my friends "solved" the issue by slipping an oring over the body of the coil and then lubing it up when installing, but I'm really not sure that's necessary lol. You could also just apply a thin coat of dielectric to prevent the corrosion, if it bothers you.

Probably out of a concern for its thermal insulating effects.

Honestly, the corrosion is cosmetic, I wouldn't fix an issue that isn't an issue lol

Could not stand brake pads dusts being generated with JURID brake pads anymore. I installed them back in Oct. Today replaced with BMW brand and going to send JURID back. Grips were good. Just too much brake pads dust.

I hate cleaning brake dust... Akebono is the lowest dust that I've come across. Give them a try next round!
