3D on Pro Nav?
I saw in the manual talk of a 3D map mode in the navigation. I don't seem to have this, just perspective and the usual top down views.
Does this rely on a feature I haven't got in my car (Internet, perhaps?)

Only get this in featured towns and cities. Manchester and central London are definitely covered. Info is stored on the car's hard drive and does not rely in internet.

I thought there was a mode that you could switch into - or does that mode only become visible when you're in one of these cities?

You also need to set the scale appropriately i.e <450yds. To be honest, it's a PITA because the buildings obscure information you want to see.
