I have mine set to S2D then adjusted back to S2B after DME came on. For sure the power gains are there. The HP on yours can't be right..

That or you need to go to someone with AWD Dynojet, I've had my car dyno'ed stock and race chip tuned on Mustang (never again) and dynojet, even brought my friend with his dinan stage1 to tag along.

OP, first recommendation is run the stock setting for at least a tank.. Find yourself a dynojet and do the following as I did..
- First run test on your current stock setting (please)
- 2nd run; turn off car, lock it, and increase setting 1 notch only if you have 93+ octane) since - 3rd run ; increase 1 setting
- 4th run ; put the dummy plug and do a stock run

Let us know what setting you were running on? did you increase or not? stock setting is ok with 91-92 octane, but anything above 2 increase is going to want 93+ otherwise not good even with JB4.
Any dyno I take the car on will show the same results. When I hit around 4k rpm the engine starts hesitating, like it pulls hard intermittently, that's why I took it to a dyno shop. I sent the chip back and had it reprogrammed, installed and got the same exact thing, around 80mph it starts doing this shit. the guys at the RaceChip are blaming my exhaust for it. Its a Dinan axle back exhaust, and nothing else. I see people have full exhaust systems, down pipes, etc, and have no problems.

Its like the engine releases the boost thinking its over-boosted, resulting in the power loss and you can clearly see that on the graph. you can definitely feel it too. so idk.

3. Try 4-5 gallons of e85

Could be the butterfly closing or worse knock sensors going off. BMW engines are not bulletproof, but pretty close.
If the engine had issues, I would've noticed something when I had the tune off for a week while waiting for for it to come back. Without the tune, the engine runs flawlessly, smooth with no hesitations at higher rpms, soon as the tune goes back in, its good till about 80mph than jerks.

And the radiator deal, did you do that on a F10?

Thats very weird, did you open up your new module? what setting is it on now?
Like we all mentioned, its not Racechip because your dyno (stock) is not normal

Have you checked if you exhaust is not leaking ? have you checked if you intake doe not have any pipes loose, or air box not fully closed, have you checked your elbows that connect to turbos are tight and not letting out any boost?
