I personally don't like the look of studs. You can instead get wheel hangers, which thread into the bolt hole and act as studs to help locate and hold the wheel.

https://www.amazon.com/Steel-Wheel-H...w+wheel+hanger

Ours are M14x1.25

I got hangers with my BMS spacers, i was looking at studs after reading the horror stories of cross threading hubs with bolts. I want to ceramic coat my wheels and thought this would be the time to knock it out.

As long as you're starting the bolts by hand and using a torque wrench, you're fine.

I went with bolts. Was looking for some titanium studs so I could play around with some spacers I have but ended up just getting these.

My wheels are super heavy and it’s very difficult to position the wheels when u do s DIY, also i cross threaded my self with one of the bolt , so i switched myself to stud kits from motor sports recently , and felt better while putting the wheels on.

Could have easily solved it by just using some wheel hangers.

thats not the only reason , cross threaded bolts should not be removed frequently so untill i change the hub studs can keep it safe, cause the tyre shop guys dont care abt the cross theraded bolts. impact drivers will make more damages .
