DINAN Customer Services is Horrible !!!!
Anyone in here ever contact Dinan and get through with the voice mail, or they actually call you back? I've tried to contact them for buying some parts, but can't get a hold of anyone, I mean.... no one answer my call or even call me back. I've tried like 5 or 6 times today and still no reply... I must say, for a big company like Dinan with lot of reputation on bmw parts, their customer service is really SUCK! Not to mention their products is expensive as hell!
I guess when you're making ton of $$$ you just don't give a shit! and there for ... FCK you Dinan! Never ever buy another product from DINAN again!!!!

Haven't called in years, but email has been good to me. Verified authenticity of my car, have asked multiple random questions about F10, E90, and E39. Always gotten response within a few days.
I don't call because schedule doesn't allow for potential waits or long chats.. Matt |

Dinan doesn't really want to deal with end consumers, rather provide support to their distributor and installer network. Many companies are this way...
They also aren't a giant company with a call center for fielding phone inquiries, send an email, be patient, and stop being such a whiny child about it. |

And then you proceed directly to this forum to voice your experience? I'm sure they would roll out the red carpet for you if you had only just called 4 more times! :-) |

You're trying really hard to buy into the worst performance per $ value out there...take it as a sign to spend your money elsewhere.

I'm super confused. Dinan is a part manufacturer with a network of locations to sell and install including BMW dealers. Are you noting you contacted corporate and NOT any of its license distributors? I've worked with multiple dealers and headquarters in Morgan Hill a few times and have had nothing but good experiences.
If the service center you are trying to buy parts isn't calling you back, contact another? Order online? |

Contact these guys. They had a 20% promo running off of all Dinan parts during Black Friday and Cyber Monday, but I'm sure they'll work with you on a discount if you're serious and ask nicely.

I've always gone through an authorized dealer. Never an issue and their service is top notch.
