I have a buddy with a set of 135 Msport 18" wheels

You need to provide wheel width and offset (ET value) besides the diameter 18".

That style wheel has a few different offsets for 3 Series E46, 5 Series E60 and Z4 E85.

the 135I wheel is 18X7.5 with a 49 offset

You mean the wheels are from a BMW 135i. I thought you meant BMW style 135 wheels.

7.5x18" ET49 is not a good fitment for F10, they may fit with 20 mm spacers all round.
