I have been twice Picked up my 335i sport in March 2012 and did it again this January 2015 where I picked up my 335i sedan M sport. Any BMW enthusiast should do this once . Loads of fun and the staff there is wonderful. Not to mention at the time of delivery the delivery person goes through every single detail and explains how everything works in the car. Alot better than what the dealer does (no offense).

I was invited to go last year and was able to attend the week before Christmas. I did the one day performance driving school and loved it! It was a great experience, everybody there was very friendly and the instructors were very professional. Although, it was performance oriented, I learned a lot and was able to take away things that are used in daily driving.

I would definitely attend again sometime in the future!

Got to go twice!

First for my E92 M3 ED redelivery, then a year later for my ActiveHybrid3. Highly recommended.

Matt Mullins is one great driver and instructor. To the people who think they are actually good drivers, wait until you see a professional behind the wheel.

I was there with the BMWCCA for an autocross on the test track at Oktoberfest, 2000. 60 second run was a lot of fun. Unfortunately somebody rolled in the middle of the day and ended the event a little early. Nothing hurt but body panels and ego iirc.

SO TRUE!

During the classes I thought I was maybe an 8.5 to 9.0 out of 10.0 driver. Then went for the ride along with Mullins and Isley and that was pretty humbling. I re-rated myself down to a 6. Those guys are amazing. When you think you are pushing it hard and have your technique down ever so perfect just drive with them and you will quickly realize how much you left on the table.

The Performance Center is awesome. Highly recommend to any BMW enthusiast. The instructors and staff are all fantastic too.

I did it 2 weeks ago. We were treated like royalty from the moment we stepped off the plane. Only real cost is the one way plane ticket.

Performance Center used cars

Based on all the posts here I will definitely take delivery at the Performance Center next time I purchase new. In the meantime, I found a 2014 328i xDrive wagon for sale at a local BMW retailer. Vehicle has only 700 miles but retailer disclosed it was used at the Performance Center. Anyone have advice about whether a PC vehicle is a safe choice for purchase?
