Lowering springs and headlamp adjustment

Does anyone know if lowering the can will cause the headlights to require an adjustment?

I had lowered a 2007 Passat which had adaptive xenon lights and there was a lever in the rear that needed to be modified.

How does it work on the F10's?

Depends on how low you go. We offer this to customers but have only had 1 or 2 decide to actually do it and none of the others have reported any issues post install.

I normally adjust it myself slightly after lowering all of my cars.

I adjust them a tad after lowering most cars. They will point slightly lower. You can adjust it directly from the headlight housing, its very simple.

If your car isnt lowered yet. Pull up about 15ft away from your garage (if you have one) Measure where the lights line up. After lowering do the same thing, make sure you are parked the same distance, re measure and adjust as needed to get them to the same height as they were OEM.

I had ACS springs installed and I need to raise the beam on my headlights. The ACS lowering isn't that much of a drop but you can really tell on the low beam setting that the lights now point too low.
