First problems - automatic gearbox being replaced

I have been complaining of a shaking on idle when in Drive mode.

Two dealerships said...

"wait till it gets worse"

"we cant find it, its fine"

A third ran a PUMA and BMW have suggested replacing the gearbox!

Points:

1/ Will report back if gearbox solves issue

2/ Why do dealers not run PUMA ( which is the standard ask technical procedure ) and make out you are imagining faults.
