I like the looks of them, but my current offsets are below and they are pretty flush. Would these not poke? Did you try it on your F10?

I'm pretty familiar with the F10 Non-M wheel capacity as I sold several sets of wheels off my F10 M5 to Non-M guys.

My 20" Forgestar F14s were 9.5 Front ET 18 and they fit like a glove. There's plenty of photos in the Forgestar F14 wheel thread validating this. Some guys even ran 19x9.5 ET +12 which is 6mm more aggressive than mine...but I'm not a fan of too much poke.

My wheels are basically the same spec, just 1" larger in diameter so I don't see any Fitment issues or too much poke.

Also with the rears, the buyer was able to squeeze in the 11" rears with an offset of +37.

Based on that alone, these Miro wheels should like up perfectly without spacers.
