Deciphering VIN

My VIN issued today is WBAFW1203C C8XXXXX and as per my information found on this site, it means my vehicles does not have any air bags, only seat belts. Is my assessment correct? I know I never specified air bags as an option but I thought all cars now come with airbags, especially a high-end car such as this one!

Can anyone help me determine the plant code as "C" is not specified on the website.

thanks for the clarification, I was worried there for a bit. Jut to be clearer: what exactly is the "advanced air bags" option?

the newer "dual stage" airbags can change how hard they inflate depending on how bad the impact is.
This has reduced injuries due to the airbags.

Thanks again! Are the "dual stage" airbags standard now?
