HELP: Picking up '13 535Xi M-sport - Did I get a decent deal?
Below is an exact breakdown of my 2013 535 X-Drive M Sport Purchase:
Alpine White on Black w/ Aluminum Options: Premium M-Sport Cold Weather Sport Auto Tranny Premium Hi-Fi Sound Technology Package Heads-up Display Power Rear Sunshade Etc. Etc. MSRP $67,000 I have mid 700s credit score with average trade history, zero debt and I qualified for their "Elite" lease options. I ended up getting MSRP down to $61,000 with Holiday Cash, Loyalty Credit, Dealer discount, Etc. In the lease I financed ALL TAXES, TINTS AND $1900 WHEEL AND TIRE INSURANCE. This brought my payment up from $707 to $837. I am a real estate investor/builder so I get a couple flats a year and I have a tendency to bend a wheel or two a year. I put down the following: $725 Bank Fee $837 First Months Payment $800 Fluff - will get exact breakdown of this later 36 Month Lease/15K miles a year with very little down: $837 a month. Any comments/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Last edited by shahzad134; 12-02-2012 at 10:36 PM.. |

I think you can get the new December 24 month lease for around the same payment. Very high residual on new program released 12/1. And are your numbers including tax?
Ask dealer about buying down your money factor with multiple security deposits. This can save you about $55/month on a 36/mo lease. |
