Nope it's just a 2wd 550i Msport with DHP & EDC. I'm wondering if the car lowered by itself a bit when I switched from the default normal mode to sport modes because you could feel the car doing something (while parked) when I selected sport or sport +. I still feel the car doing stuff when I put it in sport from normal, but I've always been in the car so I'll have my girlfriend switch from normal to sport while I watch from the outside to see if I can spot any changes.

I swear i wasn't going to lower the car ( I don't believe in it for a number of reasons), but looking back at all the older 5 models such as the E60, E39 which looked felt and looked much better than the F10's floaty, fender 4x4 gappy look.
I've driven lots of 5's and the F10, although I love the look, needed at least 1/2 - 1 inch drop. My true test was my floor jack. When i put it under my car there was like 1 inch clearance to the jackup points. I was like "what the ####?" I went the Dinan option (1/2 inch drop) because to me it was subtle and looked like the BMW OEM (how the 5 should have looked) stance. Car drove like a 5 again! Its been a year and I will never look back. Thats just my 2 cents based on "Dinan" springs and the Dynamic Handling Package (Sport Mode). |
