I bought a base support system (cargo racks) for my 535i gt and the first time I tried to install it I garbaged up the head of one of the retaining bolts.

The dealer's solution is to order another base support system. The bolts are considered an integral part of the rack and can't be ordered separately. These bolts are an odd metric size with keyed anti-theft heads.

I even tried ordering a replacement wrench but it came without replacent bolts.

Anybody have any ideas?

have the bolt machined by a shop with cutting tools.. no way u should order the whole set again
