Not much, 91 is a very low octane and most tuners won't push stock turbos too much on that fuel yet alone in PS2 that desperately needs octane to take advantage of it.

You can blend 91+ E85 for more octane and join the camp

I'm sure it depends on availability, I have pump E54 available to me 3 miles from my house so it is really easy. Our E54 is around $1.95/gal and I get around 18 MPG on it (Making more power), vs. $2.25 for 91 and I get 20-21 MPG.

Are you running Straight E85? But you tested at E54% not even E75-E70 content?
Full tank or blending with 91 ?

Here in AZ, E-85 is not available as pump fuel any longer, only E54. They actually now call it just "Flex Fuel" here.

Better fuel would definitely help, even Torco T85. It's just more of hassle than I want for this car. I like being able to just go to a pump and fill up.

When you upgraded to the fuel-it lpfp stage 2 was it due to logs that indicated a fuel deficiency or just precautionary measures?

Precautionary. I did turbo, PI and LPFP at the same time. When I had my car down figured I'd just knock it all out.

Dope, I feel like with the upgrade fueling you can tune for more then you're already putting down.

There is definitely more to come, we just finally got some cooler weather and I wanted to see where I was before running NFZ AZ this weekend. The car is feeling amazing right now with the cooler weather.

PWG is 3.0-3.5" and EWG is 4" is not the end of the world

Thats why there's Turbos / Flash Tune / Extra Fueling to avoid excuses when you want to make power.

People are so fascinated about big numbers, instead of just concentrating on the DELTA (what you put down in stock flash vs tune) is what and only the key here. Every car will vary slightly due to different Tuning, Software, and some are stronger than others. Not to forget, ambient temp, altitude, configuration of Dyno, etc.

I'm an Area Under the Curve guy, rather than Peak power. With that being said I still congratulate AZ-MCRacer on the first one to do it in less than 6 months and its thread worthy so please FEEL Free to open your thread dedicated to your Build/ Bootmod3 Tuning etc

PWG is 3" EWG is 4". A PWG's wastegate control is crappy, however EWG is far more tuner friendly. So EWG combined wth bigger exhaust wheel and bigger DP diameter is a big deal. More then digital dyno numbers. Hardware is actual, tune is request. Now my tune request can be fulfilled and the actual will produce it. Similar to a PWG turbo physically not beings able to fulfill a request on my previous setup.

And yes AZ start a new thread

Subbed in to see how your PWG to EWG conversion goes. I assume you're swapping the actuators as well. I know the DMEs are different for each, as are the related control tables and how they're configured. Who did you find to take on the custom wastegate tuning for that setup? It's sure to be a bit of an oddball tune as far as wastegate control goes.

It'll be interesting to see how it works out. If it's a success, it's one more check in the plus column for me to go from PWG to Pure Stage 2 EWG.

EDIT: Now that I think about it, are you maybe using a JB4 for direct EWG control with that setup?
