Hey what's sup guys I am new too the f10 world I just picked up one with 107k mikes. Everything seems to be cool until I accelerate at high rpm and it starts too like a whistle or whine noise only if your window is open

It's hard too record with all the windows down it's like a whooshing sound

Does it get louder with rpm? I had my transmission make a whining sound ended up being 1 qt or so low fluid. Soon as I topped it off it went away. More or less sounded supercharged imo. Turbos make a whine also when the bearings are failing internally.

Yes like a whistle sound you can only hear when the window is down. If I hit 3 rpm you can hear it make that noise

See if you can get someone to record a sound clip or something. No engine lights? Have you had a diagnosis check with ista? Does your car feel powerless, shift lagging? Does it happen all the time. Have gotten paperwork on any work done to the car. Do you any fluid leaks. Many questions man. Id try to check out your car to see if you notice anything in bay loose hoses, fluid leaks and under car.

Feels like I loose power. I am gonna go get it checked out soon in two weeks already set up the appointment

This can be too! If you hear a squealing even at idle could be rear main seal/front main seal. One test to see when you hear the noise open hood at idle and pull oil filler cap off if the squeal goes away or rpm's stumble like the engine is going to die then you have bad pcv. Normally under load you will not hear it though, its usually when letting off the throttle air gets sucked in.

Just noticed it like it would make a wind sound hard to explain but it's as soon as I press the gas it makes that noise but when I let go of the gas it doesn't make that noise

Could be charge pipe? But that would be throw a DTM.

There has been transfercase failures, could be any rotating assembly that is under load failing or lack of proper lubrication.

I had a 2003 m3 a few years ago but this is my 3rd bmw. I had inline 6 before that

I was thinking same thing, if it's your first turbo car, it might just be the turbo sound.
