Strange issue with daytime lights on 2011 F10.

On my F10, 2011 (Model 523I(EUR)), after two minutes of driving (about 5-7 minutes during the cold day), right side daytime lights failing. There is warning on dashboard.

What it could be? Is it something with the bulb or something else? How to diagnose it more accurately?

Ps. this is first BMW car, so please bear with me.

Could be lcm. Light control module. Use ista to see if any fault codes are stored
