N20 High Pitch Squeal from Center of Car/Transmission

Hi,

I noticed that my car is making strange noise from underneath the car right in the middle

Intermittent noise:

It turned into high pitch noise after revved:

Some says it related to PCV diaphragm, I tried to open oil filler cap but the noises did not go away so I'm not sure what it is

Please help!

bump, please help.

I just replaced PCV diaphragm but the noise is still there. Could it be noise from dying fuel pump? No sign of power loss, no error code related to fuel pump. But I just want to be careful and do a preventative replacement/maintenance because I often travel 500 miles one way on weekend and I don't want to be stranded on the side of the road lol
