Does BMW still pay you for changing a timing chain for pre-2015 cars?

Hello,

I watched this one (
) and saw the part about timing chain issue for N20 cars then read more about how often it occurs for pre-2015 cars. Anyway, in the video, it mentions BMW would pay customers who got their timing belt changed.

Does this still apply and is there a way to check using the VIN number? Also, for replacing the timing belt, can I just replace the belt or is it wise to replace few other components (like replacing pulley with serpentine belt)?
