N63 VANOS TIMING ISSUES w/ pictures

Hey guys so I'm getting 130308 which indicates that there is an issue with exhaust vanos in bank one.
I did swap, clean, replace with new solenoid fault stays at the same vanos.
Ista stretch test passed.
So I'm about to pull the trigger and open bank 1 and check the timing although in ISTA timing seems to be okay.

So I'm thinking vanos gear bank 1 exhaust is probably bad.

BUT

Why if I perform one by one each vanos test using ISTA all 4 fails?

Pulling valve covers on this engine with engine in the car is no joke so I would like to hear some tips or ideas before I do so. The fault code pointing with no doubt that something is not right with exhaust bank 1 but why the hell all vanos fail?

Btw fresh oil. Drivetrain malfunction in seconds no matter the condition cold hot. Engine sounds okay no rattling noise no misfire.

It's been some time. But i believe it was jumped timing

And I think I replaced one vanos gear
