Order my 550 with All Season tires or Performance tires?

I cant decide which to build the car with. First question, are the front and rears the same size or are they staggered? I see 2 options for wheels/tires when i build a 550 msport. one is with performance and one is with all season. Does anyone know the dimensions of the tires of each or are they the same?

I assume the performance tires are staggered, at least on RWD cars. If staggered the front will be 245 with 275 rears. Square will be 245.

I think I read that if ordered with all season tires in the US the car has a lowered top speed limiter. Not that it matters in the US I guess. Unless you plan on doing track days etc.
