2012 528i M-Sport Loaded ((Demo))

They want $59525 and it has 5,470 miles what should I negotiate? I'm leasing so I don't know where to start since its a demo. They confirmed that I can lease the car but was ready to custom order a 528xi same specs but willing to jump on this and upgrade to x-drive in the future! Your input is appreciated....

That's way too much. Look elsewhere.

That's what the Internet price is. I haven't negotiated with them yet but was thinking 53k as a starting quote... What do you think?

I would get the invoice price from www.bmwconfig.com and negotiate from there, normally you could get a new vehicle for about 500 over invoice. Considering the car has 5470 miles on it, I think a fair price would be 250-300 over invoice.

Ok I was thinking $1,100 under invoice since it has 5k miles deduce at .20 cents per mile

with $3K down payment, that's not a good deal. it's more important to know the money factor, residual, sales price of car, etc. to really understand your lease.

December 2011 I purchased a 2011 535i xdrive (non-msport) for $45K with 6700 miles. They need to "re-calculate" those #'s.

My best suggestion is to check car websites that's offered through yahoo or msn. That's how I found my last 3 cars. That way you can compare prices and it's a good way to negotiate a fair price. I have seen 2011 550's with low miles going for 59K.
