F10 535i X-DRIVE Coil Overs / Shocks / Springs

Looking for an inexpensive coilover setup or standard shocks / springs...

2011 535i ....

My current shocks seem to be shot and I am looking to replace...

Either a coil over setup would be nice or...

If someone has their used struts from their x-drive f10... with aftermarket or factory springs... and would sell them to me at a fair price.

Side question, but how do you tell if your stocks are shot?

Well for me... when I go off bumps or any road imperfection... I can feel it in every corner of my car and it hurts ALOT....

also makes a hard noise when I go over bumps!
