Yes. This part is plug-n-play for all F10 model years (and perhaps the easiest mod you can do to it). Fairly certain the part is also unchanged (cosmetically) between pre-LCI and LCI. I believe it even works on RHD versions.

I just transferred my euro switch from my pre-LCI 535i to my LCI 550i with full LED headlights. No issues. This is a great mod. I also did it on my wife's X3. GLWS.

It is safe to assume that it has both front and back.

Otherwise, OP would of posted on the M5 forum or would of specified.

It has two buttons. Top is for Front, bottom is for Rear, and you will see in your cluster that the cluster already has the Rear fog light active display capability. It is really cool that we can activate this feature in our cars so easily.

If it is a switch from M5, it would only have the rear fog light which would look like below image.

I love mine, one of the first mods I did when I found out about it.
During the day I drive with both my front fogs and rear fogs and I always have them on at night as well, (don't cry to me about other drives cuz I dont care).
