Hello guys, I bought BMW f10 headlight HELLA. Is it adaptive light? What characteristics does it has?

A quick search on Google for the part number of the picture you posted brought up this website:

It seems to suggest that the headlight is specifically for cars with adaptive headlights. It furthermore states the features as following:

with dynamic bending light, with low beam, with position light, with high beam, with indicator, with daytime running light (LED)

It should work with your car, but you'll only be sure when you actually install it on the car.
