HELP: Long Engine Start and Lack of Turbo Power!

I have a 2011 550i that takes very long to start and once it does there is hardly any power; however it does drive. The messages below pop up. I scanned the vehicle and got the following error codes. Any assistance is gladly welcomed.

Drivetrain
Drive moderately. Maximum drivetrain output not available. Have the system checked by your service center.

DSC malfunction
Chassis stabilization reduced. Drive moderately. Have the system checked by the nearest BMW Center.

Drivetrain malfunction!
Continued driving possible. Reduced acceleration. Have the system checked by the nearest BMW center.

Upon scanning the following error codes/messages came up.
120408 - Boost Pressure Control, Cut Off Pressure Rise Blocked
121002 - Charging Pressure Sensor, Electrical Short Circuit To Ground
121202 - Charging Pressure Sensor 2, Electrical Short Circuit To Ground
CD9304 - Bit Serial Data Interface, Signal Communication Fault
10A001 - Temperature Sensor Cooler Output, Electrical Short Circuit To Battery
160301 - Crankshaft Sensor Signal, Gap Error Tooth Time Implausible
12B104 - Lambda Probe Heating Before Catalytic Converter Activation Open Circuit.

With that many short circuit type codes it speaks to the possibility of a serious electrical fault. I would stop driving the car immediately and have it flatbedded to a repair shop.

What part of town are you in, I'd be happy to make a recommendation.

Thanks, I have it at a shop now. I'm on the West Side of Houston. I was hoping i could assist with suggestions to getting it fixed sooner. Thank you.

So I ran a scan again with an Innova Scanner to get more common generic codes to see if anyone has experienced any of the issues.
Here are the codes.

P0727 - Engine Speed Input Circuit No Signal
P0241 - Turbo/Super Charger Boost Sensor B Circuit Low
P0237 - Turbo/Super Charger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
P0370 - Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A
P0030 - HO2S Heater Control Circuit (Bank 1, Sensor 1)
U1164 - Message Monitoring Engine Control Check Sum Error

Any help/info will be appreciated.

@Stück What BMW repair shop can you recommend along Hwy6 south @ Westheimer on the West side of Houston. The shop I have my vehicle is yet to do any significant work on my vehicle. He gets so many jobs and would rather knock out quick jobs than work on mine that he says will take a while to trace the ground problem. Thank you.

I don't know any reputable specialist in that area. ABR Houston is not that far away up in Spring and that would be my recommendation :-)

Check the air mass sensor.

Don't know about your error codes, but the symptoms sound exactly like what I experienced when the air mass sensor went on my previous e39 530d...

Try Lewis Allen at http://www.munichmotorwerke.com in Houston. Lewis is a BMW trained mechanic who now runs an independent BMW serviced shop. He serviced my E39s for many years. I can't recommend him highly enough; honest, reasonable prices and overall great service.

This is from 7 years ago, they probably don't even own the car at this point.

I'll surmise from the errors they had bad grounding straps. Possibly a bad ECU from all the grounding problems. There are a ton of grounds in this car and they corrode with time.
