Exclamation Heavy vibration after shift from "R" to "D"

Hey everyone! Hope someone know what it could be or have had the same issue as i have Heavy vibration after shift from "R" to "D" only sometimes.

I have 525D F11 - 2012/2013 N47 engine and automatic trans with 165.000KM.
Some weeks ago after reversing from my driveway, and changing to Drive, i heard a "KLONK" sound from under the car. And after that, as soon as i accelerated, the car was vibrating very much, it felt like i was driving with the handbrake pulled, then it kind of dissapeared when i got over 50km/h, but when i stopped at a section and had to accelerate it was back vibrating. Next day it was gone. Afterwards the vibration happend like once a week. I kind of felt it was provoked when i changed a little too fast from "R" to "D" before holding completed still, but not sure... I also found out that, when the vibration start, i should just stop the car, reverse a bit and then change to kind of slowly "n" and then "D" and it would go away just like that.... What do you think it could be? It sound really bad. A mechanic said either something with the driveshaft or the transmission. i hope its not the transmission. But other than that car is driving perfect, no fault codes, transmission is shifting good and it was flushed and oil was changed 20.000KM ago. Flexdisc has also been changed.
