Hello to all!
Just to get on the same page with everyone regarding the car:
I don’t need to get rid of the car at all; my lease turn in date is June 28, 2015.

The price I am giving you is what I am paying for right now. I am doing this as a favor in case anybody wants it, because after my short research it’s a pretty good deal.
Now to the basic numbers:

June 28th 2015 lease mature date

Miles allowance is 30,000
Payoff end of lease: $36708.95
Payoff as of now: $39200.02
Security Deposit: $3850 (fully refundable but has to be paid in full at lease transfer)
Monthly Payment is $549.50 including SF tax

2012 528i M-Sport
30,000 miles exactly
park distance

Perfect condition
BMW apps
some other options I will update the add later
$1500 tire insurance included (just replaced about 3k ago)
MSRP of the car I believe is $62,500

the car was bought for a cost – 5000 in rebates.

I believe the car could be transferred in the next 21 days otherwise if anyone is interested in purchasing the price is not negotiable.
Sorry but I am just trying to pass on a great deal that I got when I got the car 2.5 years ago.

So really there are 2 options:

1. Pay transfer fee of $500 and take over payments for 6 months of 549.50 and pay a fully refundable deposit of $3850
2. Purchase now for $39,200.00 as BMW tells me (don’t know anything about taxes, so don’t ask pls)
