Exclamation BMW F10 520D 2015 - EGR/DPF Delete

Hi to All.

I have a question regarding EGR/DPF Delete - 2 weeks ago I physically removed the EGR and its cooler and blocked the connection ports to main engine and intake manifold. The DPF and cat were been deleted as well. The ECU remapped and everything works well.

Immediately after, I changed the motor oil with BMW Group Longlife 04.
Now the problem is I never had oil reduction in my engine. 2500 km passed from the oil change. In the iDrive screen when I click measure the oil level, it says "Engine oil level is OK" but the scale in the right side of the screen shows that the oil level is almost half.
I turned of the car and left the car alone around 2 hours. When I came back, I checked the engine oil with the metal stick which is under the hood, it shows the engine oil level is max. Cleaned it and repeated the process and it again shows the max.
I entered the car and measured the engine oil level again with the iDrive, it shows again that the engine oil level is half.

Does anyone has experienced this before? Why the electrical sensors show the oil level much less than the metal stick check method? Which one is correct?

Thanks in advance for all.

Drived more 1000 km and the situation is the same (physical check -oil level is max; iDrive screen check - oil level half)
