Need new struts/shocks

Need new struts/shocks but my F10 has the electronic damping control. I don't want to spend $2400ish for new dampers. Anyone replace the electronic dampers and able to disable the electronic damping or at least cancel the errors codes?

It is quite easy. If you know how to VO code, then you are all set.

I've done coding on E90's with Inpa. Is this similar.
