Homemade Air intake scoops

Noticeable difference on the highway above 100mph, but I mainly did this just for the looks.

I had these on my N52 330i and I definitely noticed the difference on the highway. How did you do this?

It's rather faded looking...but, just behind the grills are a yellowish looking device.

Ill take the grilles off and take pics. The intake opening sits so far back compared to my E60.

Hood routing is stock, I just put on front scoops to channel the frontal air into the intake tracts.

A question come to my mind, if you drive a 535 why have you put this on the passenger side as well?

If I would be capable of doing this, I would consider this + K&N vs Burger intake.
