Wheel alignment on a lowered car

Last year I lowered my car about 1.25 inches all around, (changed springs), drove it for a few weeks, did wheel alignment, then did it again a few months later, and once again, did it recently.

The car cant seem to drive in a straight line, it feels like it has a loose steering wheel and im always correcting it. Get the results for the alignment and they are always in spec.

Are the specs different for a lowered car or could there be something else going on? Had the last alignment done after I replaced the tires. So tires are all good.
