Some of my pics are out of order so once you tear into your brakes you will understand what I thought were the important parts. If you have done brakes before this will be easy, if you haven't then get a friend who has to help you and only take one side apart at at time so you can look at the other side to see how it goes back together. Like I said, super easy

I've done brakes on all my cars except my BMW and that's only because I have free brake maintenance for the next 2 years. I really would like the cross drilled but BMW said they would void my brake warranty so I'll have to wait

Simple, I strongly recommend you have your rotors turned to remove the black zince coating before you install them. I spent an hour cleaning my back wheels today and with the little amount of driving I've done today they are covered in the damn zince coating. I'm kinda annoyed by this and thought I would let you know.

Luckily for me I have machined faced wheels and the inner barrel is gloss black so it wont be too bad for me. I'm getting them installed on Monday so I'll snap some pics when done!

Finished everything up not too long ago. Had a BMW mechanic buddy of mine do the brakes. Super easy for him. Over-all they look great! Autobuffoonery, I didn't get a lot of that zinc coating on my wheels. It looks like I had a really light coating from the manufacturer... you may have gotten a thick ass coat !

I took them out to bed in the pads. 3- 40mph hard stops without completely stopping, 3-60mph hard stops without completely stopping, and some light driving to cool them down.

Such a subtle look but it really transforms the car if you have "see through" wheels like I do... it sucks when you have 5 double spoke wheels and see a blank rotor there...

One pic from the front and the other is from the rear. Just a note, I got the brake light on the dash and it was because I tried to reuse a brake pad sensor.. change all brake pad sensors!

Over-all these are great!

Thanks again for making this thread and posting the link , I spent less than $250 on my rears and was going to spend $400, you saved me $150 bucks and I can put that towards a piggy back for more powa!

You'll have to look at the website, I think the price is different for 550 vs 535, but the drilled and slotted are a little more than just drilled or just slotted.
