do you not want BMW themselves to do this?
They should have the equipment themselves, KDS I think it is called.

Found these before when googling. no idea what they are like though.

Would Bmw not charge both arms and legs?

Don't know anyone in London but find a Center with a Hunter wheel alignment machine. It's what BMW and most other premium manufacturers use. Then I guess you can google the Center and get some user reviews.

My local tyre shop have one, the initial check was free. Then it's £100 for adjusting the front and £10 per adjustment on the rear if required (haven't had the F10 done yet, basing this on my previous E70). It's a neat machine as they show all the specs on a screen which outlines what the manufacturers recommendations are and where your car is at before adjusting it, so you know your not being ripped off. You then get a print out after they adjust it showing the final results.

For anyone interested, Golden Wheels in Park Royal did a great job. Worth a visit if you need alignment.

And if you can travel to east London then Goodwin tyres have been there for 55 years and are great with what they do.
