Question Suspension may be compromised?

I bought my F10 back in '12, and ever since then I've been running over quite a lot of potholes due to the roads here having terrible maintenance. There was one time when I ran over a massive pothole in which the front left tire had a small rip, and I noticed my suspension is now quite firm and uncomfortable compared to when I first got the car. My suspension is the Variable Damper Control - If anyone is wondering - and there's only a slight difference in comfort when I change from Sport to Comfort +. Could my suspension be damaged?

I had a similar issue but I also had a problem with the steering which became stiff in both comfort and sport modes and the suspension didnt oscillate they way it should and the car became stiff overall. Never got the problem resolved as it was intermittent and the service techs could not identify it. Decided to trade the car in after about 3 yrs of ownership and got a decent trade in value on it so let bygone be bygones. But good luck with that and let me know if you are able to resolve the problem.

Thanks ! I haven't been on the first service yet, so hopefully they'll be able to solve the issue once I bring it in for a service.
