Changed the grill to Gloss black to match the rest of the trim on the car, But I don't know yet lol

Wow... blackout grill is nice. Keep it. When you get sick of it, switch back to stock.

i think there's more effect with m-sport and blackout grilles
however,
i like the look of a non sport with the stock grilles -- matches with all the silver and gives a more luxurious look

I think this one is a no brainer, definitely the black grill. Throw the chrome ones in the trash.

Stick with stock grill. The black grill makes the F10 look old and outdated IMHO.

Stock. IMO, chrome kidneys are the only exception to the rule M sport = black trim.
Because they are such a legendary design icon, they need to stand out.

Get the grille with the SURROUNDS ( perimeter ) in Gloss Black but the vents in Chrome ... Awesome!!!

why not get the grills with the black center surrounded by the chrome. Not a fan of ALL black. My wife has a 2011 X5 35i...the grills are black and the surround is chrome..came that way stock.

Got them form **********s.com for 119.00. Thanks for the feedback, gonna keep them for a little then switch. The chrome surrounds are interchange able, gonna do that next.

Definitely agree with Andy above, black on M-sport and chrome on SE..... I do think the black grille looks particularly good on AW as well.

It is very subjective, but IMHO the stock F10 kidney grills are much better looking.
