Largest Rear Tire?

Have a f10 Mpackage 535 with 19" wheels. Want to put on 12MM spacer. Whats the largest tire I can get on these wheels for more traction?

I put 285/35/19 on my m351 wheels with 12mm spacers. its only 10mm bigger than stock, but the tire shop said i could go up to 295.

Tirerack says a 295/35/19 tire should be fitted on wheels with a width between 10" and 11.5". And the OEM rears are only 9" wide.

ok gotcha... weird factory has 275's though on those 9' rims.

you put 285 on the stock 9" wheels? doesn't it stick out?
my 275's flare out on the 9" wheels.

Can you add a pic when its done? i'm curious.

I have the rear wheel version of the 550i and i think the 275 don't have enough width for the power of the car. Can't wait for some wheels in the spring when the car comes out again with at least 295s!
