2014 535i wastegate
I was told for the f10 n55 2014+ all have ewg... is that true? It is very hard to look from the top to tell... I might have to look from the bottom.

Not all 2014 has EWG...
Easy to tell just look for the solenoid on the pass side of the engine bay, its black and boxy, has a electrical connector and 2 vac hoses going to it.

My 14 is PWG, it depends on production date. The EDPW pressure converter that controls the wastegate is plain to see aside the valve cover, as is the wastegate actuator vacuum pod below.
