Much better than oem thats forsure. Thought i was driving a prius. But around 2k on the highway theres abit of drone. But that really doesn't bother me. Im used to my M3 which was retarded loud

That M3 is sick. I ride with my bud in his 09 m3 and always have to go to manual shift in my 535 after. Not as much torque for you now but a lot better overall for Montreal. I sir am also a fan of the space grey. Self gratifying pic included.

Congrats on the new car! It looks great especially the color combo. I myself have a Sapphire Black/Cinnamon 535 and love it. Any chance you could post/record a video or two really showing what that muffler delete sounds like? Been debating myself on whether it should be done.

Thanks! Yeah i do miss it already? but the 535 is still a great car. Don't like that lag on the throttle response though. (My First car with a turbo) hopefully the Jb4 solves that problem

Thanks alot! Ill post one later tonight or tomorrow morning. Around 2k rpm you do have a deep drone sound but after 2.7-3k it really sounds good. Don't know how to describe it but you even get the shift "farts" above 3.5k like the M5 has. I dont regret it. Matched with the bms intake u hear the turbo much more

sounds actually pretty good but that's one of the reasons i haven't gone with the muffler delete is the lag and a bit of torque loss on certain rpm's

No i don't feel any more lag then i already had before. If anything it improved abit. And same for low end torque..
I heard same as you, it decreases low end power but to me thats not true.

These are great cars, but I'm curious if (or I should say how much) you miss your M3 long term. I get why RWD might not be a great idea around Montreal, still it must've been tough to give up M.

That sounds really mean. Damn I might have to give that a go sometime soon. In relation to the drone, is it really that bad? I've had a magnaflow on an E60 before and it droned but not too bad. Also, doing a delete on the 535 should not hurt anything but actually increase low end torque because of the back-pressure change, at least that's what I read.
Anyways, that sounds real nice, if you got anymore videos, maybe an interior sound video or drive by, would be cool.

Forgot to add to my question before, have you ran into any issues having this delete meaning any lights or anything extra you had to do to get this done properly. I know 550 has the Vacuum lines you need to plug, not sure about the 535. Thanks

Miss it? Of Course i do haha but when i think about having to store it for about 5months every year.. And having a second car..
Thats when i start to like the 535 better.
I enjoy being inside much more with the technology n all. But the drive and feeling cant compare to the M

Well im young (21) and i dont mind the drone or loud sound. If i were an older business man driving clients around.. Maybe I wouldn't have done this mod. Might get anoying. But depends on what you do.. Anyways its mostly on the highway in eco mode at 2k when it drones. Pop it into sport mode and your good. Goes up to 3k and drives fine no drone.
No lights came up so far its been 4 days. I wasn't there when the install was done so im not sure how they did it. I know you gota change the diffuser if you want the quad tips.
