Anybody know if ACS is stiffer or softer than Eibachs?

Eibach's too stiff for you?! What happened to all the ravings about ride comfort

After looking at the prices of the Eibach's and ACS springs. I ordered the Eibach pro kit at a great price point.

Just buyers remorse. I will grow out of it. Keep on wondering why I didn't get the Panamera also

Heh, what don't you like about the suspension?

Edit: BTW the panamera backside makes me cringe, I hate it, but that front is gorgeous! According to the porsche dealer the rest of the line up is supposed to adopt it soon. Test drove a bunch of porches before settling on the 5. Good compromise for me and the family.

2 very very minor issues, which will happen with all lowering springs:

1) Although I like the reduction of wheel gap, I really have to slow down on up ramp, and speed bumps now. Otherwise, the front will scrape the ground.

2) Butt not used to feeling more of the road imperfections yet. To be honest, coming from the AMG C55, I think the stock suspension of that car nailed it in terms of the perfect balance between comfort and sport. The C55 corners like a race car, staying completely flat, great steering feel, and my butt didn't feel unnecessary road imperfections........ And the C55 give me such performance without an electronic adjustable suspension. But then, this is a 5 and not an M So not entirely fair comparison.

that is why I never lower my cars.
many ppl dont like the road feel of BM car after driving a MB or Lexus but soon they will love it in the end and can not change back..
right now my e60 I can feel not just the road, I can feel ever stone on the road. I love it.

Simple reason. F10 sit 5, Pan sit 4.

Ok got mine installed today. Ride feels a bit firmer but it easily passed the comfort test of the family. Not finding the same issues w ramps that mlai is experiencing, so far the ramps I frequent have all been passed scrap free.

The ride height lowered by about 30mm and it's noticeably more complete. Stock suspension w 20" wheels look a bit high. Think it comes down to the gap to tire sidewalk height ratio. Now it looks like it rolled off the assembly line w 20s.

The only thing I've noticed so far is the camber of the wheels has increased and the top of the front wheel seems now tucks in bit at the top of the wheel well whereas it used to be flush. The rears are perfect and the tiny increase in camber gives the car a more meaningful stance.

Last thing, think wk didn't do the alignment properly and the car steers slightly to the left. Else I'm all good.

Yell at them! But they did mine right. Tested with a roundtrip test drive to the airport and I let my hands go and the car went straight as an arrow
