Drive Belt tensioner pulley bouncing
Hi guys ,
The car is 535 xd . I replced the drive belt together with the tensioner after the old one got torn but noticed the tensioner pulley bouncing too much ONLY when A/C is running . What could be the reason ? Here is a general pic of the pulleys |

New belt can cause tensioned to bounce in the beginning because they are stored/shipped folded. I would check each pulley to make sure it spins true. Ether take the belt off or check with engine running (keep hands and objects away) it will smooth out if everything was installed correctly
