BMW connectivity (german SIM)
I imported my F10 from Germany into Croatia (model from 2011). It has SIM with german number +49... Of course the subscription to german operator expired (I don't even know how it went) and I cannot use this number for anything else except for calling SOS (112). Yes, I pushed SOS button on roof and I got emergency service, so it's tested and works, actually they told what's mine SIM phone number :-)
Now I'd like to use this SIM (or any other) for BMW connectivity in my car but how? According to some posts here I'm not able to simply change SIM card because it is eSIM built inside car's HW. Last edited by sbrbot; 01-15-2021 at 03:23 AM.. |

Same question here. I will follow thread if there even is a solution. I believe back in 2011 there was no eSim concept, was it?
