The most up to date information (besides calling your Dealer) is via the status line 1-800-831-1117. You'll need your production order number. Enter the production number as well as the menu options on your keypad instead of speaking to them. Select Option 2.

You can also set up an account on bmwusa.com and track the build there but the information lags behind by a day or two. Click the tab on top "My BMW" and set up an account. Then click the tab on the side for "Track My BMW". Then click "Track".

I tried plugging in my last 7 for my VIN to find the ship name, and it's
giving me a delivery date of July of last year. What am I doing wrong?

Your CA can give you the correct vessel name.

Are you able to track using the 800# or through www.bmwusa.com ?

Yes, I can do it through the website. I was just curious about the vessel and where it was. It has been about 2 weeks since it left port in Germany.

Trip from Germany to NJ is supposed to be about 10 days. Then a few more days to get to southern US.
