MHD Stage2 + pump gas map to stock limp mode

2011 535i went into limp mode after flashing stock image from MHD stage 2. Car idles fine, can go up to 5000 rpm in park but won't go past 3rd gear when driving. Even with little gas, car completely loses power, drops down to 600 rpm and shakes violently. No CEL or codes in ISTA.

Already changed MAF and MAP sensors, spark plugs and coil packs. Also, flashed the DME back to stock using esys and still no change. I see few others reported similar issue but don't see a resolution in any of the threads I found here.

Before throwing money in there with new valve cover, VANOS etc, wanted to ask for help here. Has anyone experienced similar issue with MHD stage 2 tune?
I also noticed that the transmission clutch related adaptation values are all showing 0, except clutch C at -13.00 mbar filling pressure and Clutch E 493.00 mbar. I really don't think it's a transmission issue but I am no expert.

Previous owner had Stage 2 + pump gas map, but lost his MHD account access because his school email account he used to sign up is no longer active. I've contacted MHD with but their only suggestion is buy a new license.

All I am trying to do is put the car back to stock so I can pass Texas state inspection. I'd greatly appreciate all suggestions to get it sorted.

Thanks in advance!

Anyone? ISTA and OBD scanners show no code, so I am at a loss!

I had this issue when MHD first came out but it was resolved when I went back to stock tune. You should reach out to MHD and see what they have to said. If you're able post a couple of logs and we can look at it and see if there's anything out of the ordinary that we can see from it.

GL.

Thanks, jooobit3. I contacted MHD already and they haven't been of much help. All they told me is buy a new license. Even though my car has licenses they won't transfer it to my new account. Previous owner is no longer an active student so lost his email access.

I have working ISTA. What do I need to log?

Non of the default values are being logged. It sounds to me like you might have an older version of the tune/app. It might be in your best interest to just pay for a new license and get it resolve before you could possibly damage your engine. You wants to run on the latest tune anyway.

I am using bimmerlink to log whatever I can. I don't have a MHD license. School email access that is used for the license is no longer active, and MHD support refused to help.

What default values should I log in Bimmerlink?

"mass flow through throttle valve bank 1" shouldn't be 0 always. Which sensor would return this? Throttle body itself has no sensor, other than the connector to the motor and a gas vent valve connection.

Here is the log from a good running 535i - https://datazap.me/u/nixer/good535id...=0&data=1-4-21

And the one from my car that is in limp mode - https://datazap.me/u/nixer/535i-limp...og=0&data=1-21

Bad throttle body valve, or something in the charge pipe that is blocking the air flow?

turbo >> intercooler >> charge pipe >> engine.
