1/4 Mile Advice

I am considering stock/street night at the track and am wondering what the best settings for a good launch? Soprt mode plus or traction control off, sport mode with traction off?? Any advice would be appreciated!

Is your car x-drive?.... I'd say sport mode traction off

Doesn't traction control automatically turn off on sport+ ? Honestly haven't really played around with it but do remember getting a warning that it was shut off

Sport+ mode will cause you to lose time on launch due to excessive wheel spin.

My recommendation would be sport mode with the transmission in S mode.

Also, deflate your tires a little bit and take out anything you can from the car to reduce weight.

Sport+ worked for me when I ran my 12.960. I was only able to run 12.9 once. After I lowered the car it seemed like it launched slower..my guess because the rear didnt drop down as much when accelerating. BTW can u post a picture of your 3D front lip with the LTBMW addon. Deciding whether I should get it or not. Thanks dude.

Sport and hold the traction button until its fully off . Put in 2nd and brake launch it !

If it does, launch at lower RPMs or feather the throttle a bit. Better than having the car cut fuel/pull timing on you.
