Will these rims fit?

Just wanted to ask if these wheels will fit and if I will have any rubbing issue.
Car is a 2014 528i.

front: 19x8.5 ET20
Rear: 19x9.5 ET20

They will. I have 8.5x20ET20 and 10.0x20ET28 with 245/285 Michelin PSS square shoulder, and the offsets are perfect. Your front has the same offset as mine, rear is 2mm out but it is fine.

I think the rears may be too aggressive and will rub, especially if lowered

Let me prove my point from additional angle. I can't make better pictures right now because of winter wheels, so there is my rears 20X10 ET28 with Michelin PSS 285:

The discussed 9.5 ET20 are equal to 10 ET26 or 10.5 ET32. It is confirmed that 10 ET28 and 10.5 ET34 are OK and no rubbing at all with 20" and 285 tire. The OP has asked about 19" plus small added camber when lowered. Why should they rub?
